I competed in RD3 of the British Superstock 1000 Championship at Oulton Park on Bank Holiday weekend, where we rode Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I knew it would be another tough weekend ahead, as there were 60 riders entered again for the 40 rider grid for Mondays race and also no last chance qualifier race. I was a little more confident of a better result here as we had completed a day testing at the track a week earlier.
Saturdays practice session again decided to throw a curve ball in the plan for the weekend with the track conditions being mixed again, and we decided to complete the session on wet tyres even though the track was drying.

The weekend held Round 2 of the British Superstock 1000 championship at Thruxton, which is renowned as one of the fastest tracks in the UK. I knew this was going to be another tough weekend as I had never seen the track before and also 60 riders again trying to make the 40 rider race on Sunday
Fridays weather wasn’t the greatest with it being mixed conditions in practice, which made I found quite difficult to learn the track and learn the limits of the track.
Qualifying was dry and we were chasing setup from the start, we got the bike feeling a lot better and then the rain came and shortened our session, unfortunately we were further off the pace then I would have liked, so we decided on a big change for qualifying 2 on Saturday.

I competed in Rd1 of the British Superstock 1000 Championship at Brands Hatch Indy, I knew the weekend was going to be tough as there were 60 riders all trying to make it into the main race on Sunday which only 38 riders could compete in, with only seeing the track once before I knew that it wasn’t going to be an easy weekend for me.
The weekend started out like no other for me, as while we were setting up the team awning on Thursday we were greeted by an abundance of snow that covered the whole paddock! Something we don’t see back home very often!!!
